Users of the Data Spartan Cloud platform, our Software-as-a-service cloud offering, may submit information of their choice, which may be read, collected, or used by other users from the same customer instance. Data Spartan has reasonable security and privacy controls to segregate instances of different customers; however, it is not responsible for any use or disclosure of personal information with other users of the same customer instance. As a user, you must evaluate and be responsible for the risks associated with the accuracy and completeness of personally identifiable information imported into Data Spartan.
Metadata of the information imported into Data Spartan may be used for internal analytics purposes to improve the quality and performance of our platform for our users. Plain text of the information is never extracted for any other usage.
How We Share Information
We may work with third-party companies who are partner organisations working on our behalf, or processors, who help us complete tasks (such as qualifying leads) and provide services to you. However, when we share any information with these partner organisations, we only disclose information and Personal Data to the minimum extent necessary to support our business and provide our Service, including providing technical infrastructure services, analysing how our Service is used, providing customer service, or conducting research and surveys.
